Cocrystal Pharma is a biotechnology company whose mission is to discover, using a structure-based drug design approach, novel antiviral therapeutic agents targeting diseases caused by the influenza, noroviruses, and hepatitis C viruses. 

In my current role as a scientific consultant, I aid Cocrystal Pharma's drug discovery process by providing protein crystallographic support (e.g., X-ray crystallographic data collection / processing / management, and protein structure determination). 

In my previous roles as scientist and project lead scientist, my research involved using tools spanning multiple disciplines, including molecular biology, biochemistry (e.g., protein purification), enzymology (e.g., biochemical assays), synthetic chemistry, to structural biology (X-ray crystallography).

In addition to conducting research, my role as project lead scientist involved managing a team of scientists and the direction and execution of one of Cocrystal Pharma's antiviral drug discovery research programs, producing and conveying relevant protein structural information to other members of the drug discovery research team, including medicinal chemists and computational scientists.
